Terms & Conditions

By working with Lambeth Website Designs (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both you (the client) and us (the service provider).
1. Services
We provide bespoke web design services including:
– One-page and multi-page website builds
– Custom WordPress development
– Basic SEO setup
– Contact form integration
– Light graphic styling and layout design
Services will be agreed in writing before any work begins.
2. Pricing & Payment
– All prices are listed as “from” and may vary depending on project scope.
– A 50% deposit is required before work starts. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion (prior to handover).
– Payments must be made via bank transfer or another agreed method.
– Late payments may result in a pause of services and a £25 admin fee after 7 days overdue.
3. Turnaround Time
– Timelines will be agreed before work begins.
– Delays caused by missing content, client feedback, or change requests may result in project timeline extensions.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
– Provide all requested content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner.
– Respond to messages within 3 working days unless otherwise agreed.
– Ensure you have the legal rights to all materials provided to us.
5. Revisions
– Most packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions.
– Extra revisions may be charged at £30/hour or a flat fee depending on scope.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
– If you cancel before the project starts, you may receive a full refund (minus any admin fees).
– If work has already started, the deposit is non-refundable.
– If we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, you will be refunded appropriately.
7. Ownership & Copyright
– Once full payment is received, ownership of the final website design is transferred to you.
– We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Website Hosting & Maintenance
– Unless specifically agreed, we do not offer ongoing hosting or website maintenance.
– We can refer you to third-party providers or help set this up for a separate fee.
9. Limitation of Liability
– We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of the website.
– You accept full responsibility for how your website is used once handed over.
